MoonMat Hospitality, the crew behind Crudo’s Fusion Art, has opened its latest idea, Crudos Art House, within the former AdLib house in Coral Gables. The restaurant provides a menu of recent Asian-meets-Latin delicacies with signature objects from the flagship Wynwood location, together with an array of latest creations unique to Coral Gables. Appetizers embody duck gyoza, grilled langoustines, and a choice of sushi and sashimi. Heartier dishes embody salmon, churrasco, a New York strip steak, and ginger-spiced pork stomach.
