The cafe, named ‘3ft 6’ after its dimensions, formally opened earlier this yr and runs from 10am-3pm at weekends.

He provides: ‘I’ve been right here for almost 20 years and I’ve seen a large change in individuals caring.

‘There’s an actual sense of neighborhood, an actual sense of neighbourhood – and hopefully this provides to it.’
