Lady Gaga sports short haircut at ‘House of Gucci’ premiere

Just call it “Hair of Gaga.”

Lady Gaga’s string of stylish “House of Gucci” press tour appearances continued Thursday night with another show-stopping look, this time featuring a much shorter hairstyle.

For the highly-anticipated film’s Los Angeles premiere, the 35-year-old pop star donned a super-short platinum blond bob.

She paired the new ‘do with a silver strapless Valentino gown and sparkling diamond jewelry. Further channeling Old Hollywood, she completed the look with smoky eyeshadow and a classic cat eye.

It’s far from the first memorable style moment from the three “House of Gucci” premieres so far, as Gaga kicked off the press tour last week in a purple Gucci dress featuring a sheer cape.

And she donned a plunging black Armani Privé dress for the New York premiere on Tuesday, wearing her blond waves in an elegant updo while posing for photos with costars.

It’s likely her latest look could be the result of a wig, as Gaga is known to change her hair color often – from trying out bubblegum pink to sporting multiple different hair hues at last year’s VMAs.

In the Ridley Scott-directed film, the star wears her hair in brunette curls to channel Patrizia Reggiani, an Italian socialite who was convicted of plotting the murder of her fashion mogul ex-husband Maurizio Gucci, played by Adam Driver, in 1995.

Hair is far from the only way Gaga got into character, however; she’s also said she deliberately ate lots of carbs to get a “more rounded figure” and spent nine months perfecting her Italian accent

While the real-life Gucci family has said they’re “truly disappointed” in the movie, the brand itself, with which the family’s no longer involved, opened up its archives for use during production.

And while trailers have teased the film’s array of high fashion looks, it’s safe to say there are even more style moments in store when the flick hits theaters on Nov. 24.
