Girl threw sizzling water on animal management officer, FL cops say


A sheriff reacted strongly to a girl he mentioned threw sizzling water on considered one of his animal management officers when she went to verify on a canine.

A Florida sheriff made it clear on Facebook that anybody who messes with members of his workforce may have a worth to pay.

“IF YOU TRY TO HURT ONE OF MY TEAM YOU CAN BET YOUR SORRY BUTT IS GOING STRAIGHT TO JAIL!!” Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey wrote in a Facebook submit on June 16 in response to a girl accused of throwing sizzling water on considered one of his animal management officers.

The officer, Hunter Reuter, was responding to a home in Palm Bay to verify on a canine that wasn’t being correctly cared for, the sheriff mentioned.

When Reuter knocked on the door, the house owner, recognized as Renise Amisial, is accused of opening it after which slamming it in her face. As Reuter began to stroll away, Amisial opened the door once more and threw sizzling water onto the officer’s again, burning her, Ivey wrote.

Police officers later arrested Amisial on prices of aggravated battery on a legislation enforcement officer.

Palm Bay is about 75 miles southeast of Orlando.

Officers following as much as verify on the canine discovered it was protected.

“Folks there are a lot of things that frustrate me in this world, but one thing that makes my blood boil is for someone to try and hurt one of my team!!” the sheriff wrote. “Here is a simple rule…don’t put your hands on one of my Deputies or team members unless you are willing to suffer the consequences!!”
