fixtures, match dates and how to watch on TV

The giants of the southern hemisphere – New Zealand, South Africa, Australia and Argentina – are in Europe to take on the best of the north.

And Ireland have already claimed the biggest scalp of all, deservedly beating the All Blacks in Dublin last Saturday. England, meanwhile, made it eight wins in a row against Australia under Eddie Jones.

The visit of South Africa to London this weekend will be particularly intriguing, it being the first time England and the Springboks have met since the Rugby World Cup Final in 2019.

Amazon Prime Video is streaming 17 live games in this year’s Autumn Nations Series, the name given to the end-of-year internationals in Europe.

When do the Autumn Internationals end?

The Autumn Nations Series finishes on Sunday, November 21 in Dublin with Ireland against Argentina. However, there will be a Barbarians clash against Samoa the following weekend to bring the curtain down on autumn-international rugby.

How to watch the Autumn Internationals live

Online streaming platform Amazon Prime is the broadcast partner for the majority of the autumn internationals. The American streaming giant will broadcast 17 out of 20 internationals during October and November in the UK, having dipped its toe into the market for the Autumn Nations Cup in 2020.

The only games not on Amazon are those involving Ireland due to an existing broadcast deal with RTE (ROI) and Channel 4 (NI). However, Ireland’s autumn fixtures will be included in Prime Video’s UK broadcast output in 2022.
