Joshua Smith paced Toyama (7-14) wth 19 points as Dwight Ramos was limited to only two points on 1-of-7 shooting from the field.

Over at Ukaruchan Arena, Shiga failed to make it back-to-back after falling to Yokohama, 85-98.
